Today's Work (19th, Nov)

Have done:
1. Lead the tour
2. Got call from 付（北爱）to confirm the date

Experiences (things need to be considered):

One day before
1. Confirm bus, drive, time and hotel.
2. Check the weather forecast
3. Have a second plan ready if the forecasts calls raining on the next day
4. Think of all the senarios that people may change their mind and prepare for corresponding response

On the day (before you leave home)
1. Take all the contacts (resturants, hotels)
2. Take the itinerary
3. Take the feedback form

On the last
1. Calulate the cost for the hotel first and bring enough money
2. Check with hotel about the costs to see if there is additional charges
3. Do not forget to take a feedback form and ask the guests to fill it out
4. Do a printed version of additional service costs if there is any
5. Always leave 45 mins time length to the airport

Possible Senarios that cause people to change their mind:

1. Want to change a better resturant (Always happen)

• Bring them to JingGangShan first, then if they require a better one, take them to maderine house

2. Want to change the bus

• always have another bus company rates for comparison and try to pursuade not to change the bus
• if they insist to change, call the bus company and try to change it, tell them the additional charge that need to be added on - still try to pursuade them not to change

3. Change the tour plan

• Change if it doesnt affect the overall travelling plan, but the time needs to be watched
• Always remind them the working hours are 10, beyond that, additional charges for drives and guide will be placed
• Try to stick to the original plan which you would have more control over it
