Have done:
1. Led the group to Enterprise Ireland, IDA and sent them to the airport
2. Paid hotel of 2241 Euro (cash)
3. Scanned and sent the feedback form and additional costs to Li mei
Need to be done
1. Contact and confirm the venue, date and time with Suzanne
2. Do the account for the tour
3. Add more info to the tour_info spreadsheet
4. Summarise the work that has been done in the past few weeks
Incidents:
1. The group thought that EI would arrange lunch for them, but it turned out to be nothing, so I had to find a Chinese resturant for them. I brought them to Chaolou, but they asked to pay by themself. No doubt, it was reasonable, but we couldn't make any money of it.
suggestion: To discuss with some resturant for commissions, like 10%, then everybody is happy!
