1. Made hotel reservations for Shanghai Group, 3 twins + 1 single (1st-5th, Dec)
1) Dromall hotel 4*, killarney (3rd, Dec)
2) Ballymun plaza hotel 3*, Dublin (1st and 5th, Dec) - booked through Cathy
3) Radisson SAS Hotel and Spa, Limerick (2nd, Dec) - booked through Paula (178860, 178861, 178862 and 178863)
4) Oriel House hotel, Ballingcolling, Co. Cork (4th, Dec) - booked through Ema (196013, 196253, 196014, 196016 and 196017)
5) Called Westfield House, but they only have 1 room at the moment
2. Sent letter to Tom Horgan in Ombudsman Office
3. Called Suzanne to confirm the meeting - CPA
4. Calulated the total costs for Chang zhou delegation
5. Finished the accounts for Chang zhou group - worked out the total cash in hand
